Ingredients:
8 Ounce(s) Monterey Jack cheese
shredded & softened
8 Ounce(s) Cheddar cheese, shredded &
softened
1/2 Cup(s) beer
1 Teaspoon(s) Garlic powder
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Dry mustard
1/8 Teaspoon(s) Salt
2 Teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Tabasco sauce
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a heavy-duty, zip-top blastic bag; push air
out of bag, and seal. Knead bag with hands until mixture is blended
