Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) 100% bran cereal
1/2 Cup(s) Shortening
1 1/2 Cup(s) Sugar
1 Cup(s) Water, boiling
2 Eggs, beaten
2 Cup(s) Buttermilk
2 1/2 Cup(s) Flour
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
2 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Baking soda
2 Cup(s) Kellogs, tm All-Bran
400 eg. for 15 or 20 min.
Directions:
Pour water over first three ingrediants & stir. When mixture is cooled
add remaining ingrediants/ Put in quart jars & may be kept for 6 or 7
weeks in the refrigerator. When ready to use add batter to standard
size muffin tins greased, or use paper cupcake liners. Bake Source:
