4 Tablespoon(s) SUGAR REPLACEMENT
1/3 Cup(s) Buttermilk
1 Egg, well beaten
1 Cup(s) Flour
1/8 Teaspoon(s) Baking soda
1 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
Nutmeg
Cinnamon
Vanilla extract

Oil for deep-fat frying

Add remaining ingredients, except oil. Beat just until blended. Heat
oil to 375F. Drop dough from doughnut dropper into hot fat. Fry until
golden brown, turning often. Drain. 1 serving (1 donut - did you think
it would be 3 or 4?) 1 bread, 1 fat Calories: 130 (Yep still only 1
