Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) Soy milk, or water
1/4 Cup(s) nuts
1/2 Cup(s) Oatmeal
2 Cup(s) Carrot, grated
1 1/2 Cup(s) Tomato, chopped
1 Cup(s) Dry breadcrumbs
1/4 Cup(s) Parsley, chopped
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
Tablespoon(s) Green peppers, chopped
Directions:
Blend first 2 ingredients, then add the rest. Combine and bake at 375
for about 30 minutes for loaf pan or 20 minutes for muffin tins. Can
bake a bit longer for mushier texture. NOTES : Mary is a friend from
