Recipe Name: Best Ever Banana Muffins #1 Submitted by: Administrator
Source: Source Description:
Ethnicity: Last Modified: 2/22/2014
Base: Comments:
Course: Dessert
Difficulty:
Preparation Time:
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients:
3 bananas
3/4 Cup(s) White sugar
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon(s) Baking soda
1 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 1/2 Cup(s) All purpose flour
1/3 Cup(s) Melted butter
Directions:
Mash bananas. Add sugar and slightly beaten egg and mix well. Add
the melt butter. Make a well in the middle and add the dry
ingredients. Bake at 375 (F) for 20 min. I also remember my mother
used to add brown sugar to the tops of the muffins before baking.
This made them crunchy on top, but I haven't tried it myself. Taken
