Ingredients:
3 Eggs
1/2 Cup(s) Canned cream of coconut
1/2 Cup(s) Brandy or Rum
3 Cup(s) Cold milk
1/2 Cup(s) Whipping cream, stiffly
beaten optional
Freshly grated nutmeg
Directions:
Beat eggs until smooth. Gradually beat in cream of coconut and
brandy. Slowly beat in milk. Strain before serving and fold in
whipped cream if desired. Pour into punch cups and sprinkle with
freshly grated nutmeg to taste. Makes 4 servings. *The cream makes a
