Ingredients:
4 Eggs, beaten
1 Onion, finely chopped
8 Ounce(s) Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
6 Single saltine crackers
Finely crushed
3 Jars, 6-oz marinated
artichokes drained and
Finely chopped
1 Dash(s) Tabasco
Directions:

buttered (I spray PAM) 8 inch baking dish. Bake at 325 for one hour.
Cut into 1 inch squares; serve at hot or room temp. Good reheated in
