Ingredients:
2 Cup(s) Plain lowfat yogurt
1 Ripe avocado, diced
2/3 Cup(s) Cubes seeded pared cucumber
5 Fresh mint leaves, up to 6
leaves OR 1/2 teas.

Mint leaves
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Celery salt
1/4 Teaspoon(s) TABASCO brand Pepper Sauce
1 Cup(s) Cracked ice
Additional mint leaves for
garnish optional
Directions:
In blender, combine all ingredients except garnish. Cover. Process
until smooth. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
