Ingredients:
2 Eggs, beaten
1 Cup(s) Corn meal
2 Teaspoon(s) Baking soda
1 Cream style corn
1 Cup(s) Milk
3 Tablespoon(s) Oil
1 Pound(s) Ground beef
1/2 Cup(s) Onion, chopped
1 Teaspoon(s) Chili powder
2 Cup(s) Grated cheese
1/4 Cup(s) Green peppers
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients. Set aside. Brown ground beef, drain off
fat. Add onions, green peppers and chili powder. Pour half the corn
bread mixture in a greased 9-inch casserole dish. Cover with ground
beef mixture and a layer of cheese. Pour the rest of the corn bread
mixture over the top. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Posted to
