Ingredients:
2 Cup(s) Rice, uncooked
1/2 Cup(s) Raisins
1/3 Cup(s) Walnuts, chopped
1/4 Cup(s) Onions, dried
2 Tablespoon(s) Salt
1 Tablespoon(s) Curry powder
1 Tablespoon(s) Sugar
2 Teaspoon(s) Paprika
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Dill weed
1 Teaspoon(s) Dry mustard
1 Teaspoon(s) Coriander, ground
1 Teaspoon(s) Garlic powder
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Cardamom, ground
2 Cup(s) Shredded cooked chicken
Directions:
In large bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring until well blended.
Store in an airtight container. To make soup,bring 10 c water to boil
in large stockpot over high heat; add soup mix. Cover and reduce heat
to medium. Stirring occasionally, simmer 20-25 minutes, until rice is
tender. Stir in 2 c shredded cooked chicken or cooked peeled shrimp;
cook until heated through. Serve immediately. Store in an airtight
container in refrigerator. This mix is a flavorful way to warm up on a
