Ingredients:
100 Gram(s) Sugar
200 Gram(s) Butter
300 Gram(s) Flour
300 Gram(s) Selection of Berries
150 Gram(s) Berry Coulis
50 Gram(s) Icing sugar
Vanilla Ice Cream or Clotted
Cream
Directions:
Sable Paste Mix together until a smooth paste is formed. Roll out the
paste until fairly thin and cut out with a large heartshaped cutter.
Place onto a baking sheet and cook until lightly golden150°c for
approximately 6 - 8 minutes. Sprinkle with icing sugar andleave to
cool.Berries3. Place the whole fruit into a stainless steel bowl.4.
Puree the 150g, sweeten with icing sugar and pass through a
finesieve.5. Add to the whole fruit and mix together well.6. Place this
into a thick bottomed saucepan and warm through gently.Assemble7. Place
the clotted cream or vanilla ice cream on to the centre of aplate.8.
Spoon over the warm berries and place a sable biscuit on the top.9.
