Ingredients:
1/4 Cup(s) Butter, room temperature
1 1/4 Cup(s) Flour
2 Cup(s) Monterey Jack cheese
shredded
1/2 Cup(s) Green chili pepper
roastedpeeled seeded
diced -or-
1 4 oz diced green chilies
drained
1/8 Teaspoon(s) Garlic powder
2 Tablespoon(s) Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Combine butter and flour in a food processor bowl or blender
container. Process until well mixed. Add Monterey Jack cheese,
chilies and garlic powder. Process until well mixed. Form dough into
3/4" balls; roll in Parmesan cheese. Place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake in a 375 oven about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
Makes 36. To make ahead, form dough into balls; place on a baking
sheet & freeze until firm. Place in freezer bag. Store up to 2 weeks.
To bake, place on a greased baking sheet. Bake in 375 oven for 18 to
