Ingredients:
1 6-oz cream cheese
1/2 Onion, grated
1 up to
2 Lemons, juice of
1 Dash(s) Tabasco
1 2.5-oz smoked dried beef
Directions:
Soften cream cheese; add onion, lemon juice and Tabasco. Spread dried
beef on waxed paper, overlapping edges. Spread cream cheese thinly
over beef. Roll tightly and refrigerate. Makes 2 rolls. Cut into thin
