Ingredients:
4 Pound(s) Beef, ground
1 Cup(s) Cheese, Parmesan grated
4 Cup(s) Parsley, minced
1 Teaspoon(s) Tabasco sauce
6 Onions, yellow chopped
2 Teaspoon(s) Pepper, black
4 Eggs
6 Cup(s) Bread Crumbs, Dry
2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except crumbs. Form into 30 small balls. Coat
balls with bread crumbs. Chill well. Saute in olive oil three to four
