1/2 Onion, finely chopped
2 Garlic, peeled & chopped
1 Teaspoon(s) Coriander seed
1 Teaspoon(s) Cumin seed
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Grated fresh ginger root
2 Green chillies, deseeded
and chopped
1 1 inch piece cinnamon stick

Directions:
