Ingredients:
2 1/2 Pound(s) Red potatoes, peeled and cut
into bite-size pieces
1/4 Cup(s) Butter or margarine
3 Tablespoon(s) All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Ground black pepper
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Garlic powder
2 Cup(s) Milk
Directions:
Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with salted water. Bring
to a boil and cook until potatoes are tender; drain in a colander. In
same saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisking constantly, add
next 4 ingredients and cook 1 minute. Whisking constantly, gradually
add milk and cook until thickened. Add potatoes and stir until well
coated. Serve warm. Yield: about 8 servings. Typed in MMFormat by
