Ingredients:
1 Pound(s) Ground beef
1 1/2 Cup(s) Coarsely chopped cabbage
1/2 Cup(s) Sliced celery
2 Onions, thinly sliced
1 Cup(s) Water
2 Teaspoon(s) Chili powder
3/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
15 Ounce(s) Can kidney beans, drained
16 Ounce(s) Can stewed tomatoes

Directions:
Cook ground beef in Dutch oven, stirring occasionally, until
brown;drain. Stir in cabbage, celery and onions. Cook stirring
occasionally,until vegetables are light brown. Stir in remaining
ingredients. Heat toboiling; reduce heat. While beef mixture is
simmering, prepare CheeseDumplings (see recipe). Drop dumpling dough by
10 to 12 spoonfuls ontohot beef mixture (do not drop directly into
liquid). Cook uncovered 10minutes. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer.
