Ingredients:
2 Tablespoon(s) Unsalted butter, melted
3 Cup(s) Pecan halves
1/2 Cup(s) Light Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon(s) Paprika
2 Teaspoon(s) Powdered Chile
1 Tablespoon(s) Ground cumin
1/4 Cup(s) Cider vinegar
Salt, to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F. Melt butter over medium heat in a large
skillet.Add the pecans and saute until lightly browned, about 3
minutes. Add thebrown sugar and cook until caramelized. Stir in the
paprika, chilepowder and cumin. Add the vinegar and cook until all the
liquid hasevaporated. Season with salt. Spread the pecans on a cookie
sheet andbake in an oven until crisp, about 3 to 5 minutes. WALTRecipe
