Ingredients:
1 1/4 Cup(s) Mazola Oil, any kind oil
Directions:
to 4 medium apples, peeled and sliced fine 1/4 c. sugar 3/4 c.
chopped nuts 1 tsp. cinnamon Mix together in a small bowl and set
aside. In a large bowl, add: 2 c. sugar 3 eggs 3 c. flour 1 tsp.
salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla Add
apple mixture and mix together. Batterwill be thick. Spread out onto
greasedand floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 350degrees for 50 min. To
make glaze for top,just add 1 cup of powdered sugar and justa little
bit of water to thin it anddrizzle on to Gert Ackinclose
