Ingredients:
1 Pound(s) Rump roast, trimmed
MARINADE:
1 Cup(s) Cilantro, finely chopped
1 Tablespoon(s) Fresh ginger root, peeled &
Minced
4 Cloves garlic, minced
4 Tablespoon(s) Sesame oil
2 Tablespoon(s) Chili sauce, hot
2 Tablespoon(s) Soy sauce
1 Tablespoon(s) Rice vinegar
1 Whole lime, juiced
Pinch(s) Sugar, optional
8 Skewers
Directions:
Cut beef into long strips, about 1/8 inch thick. Mix remaining
ingredients. Add beef strips to bowl and marinate in refrigerator for
at least 1 hour. Weave 1 or more strips of beef on each skewer. Grill
or broil, turning occasionally (2 to 3 minutes each side) or until
