Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cup(s) Fresh basil leaves
2 Cloves garlic, peeled
1/4 Cup(s) Pine nuts
1/4 Cup(s) Nonfat parmesan cheese
fresh and grated
1/4 Cup(s) Lemon juice, freshly
squeezed
Directions:
Put the basil, garlic, pine nuts and Parmesan cheese in a blender or
food processor. Turn the machine on and drizzle in the lemon juice.
Continue to puree until a smooth paste is formed. Makes 3/4 cup pesto.
