Ingredients:
1/4 Cup(s) Rum
1 Tablespoon(s) Shallots, chopped
4 Tablespoon(s) Butter or margarine
1 Tablespoon(s) Parsley, chopped
2 Teaspoon(s) Lime juice
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Tabasco pepper sauce
4 Beef Steaks
Directions:
In saucepan, combine rum and shallots; bring to a boil. Reduce heat;
simmer 2 minutes. Stir in butter, parsley, lime juice and tabasco
sauce. Brush steaks with rum butter. Grill or broil 6" from heat. Cook
about 8 minutes, turning steak once. Brush with rum butter
occasionally. Heat any remaining rum butter to boil and serve with
steaks. Serve with additional tabasco sauce if desired. From Gemini's
