Ingredients:
3 Pound(s) Round or sirloin steaks
1" thick
1/2 Cup(s) Soy sauce
3 Tablespoon(s) Brown sugar, packed
1 Teaspoon(s) Ginger
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Dry mustart
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Garlic powder
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Black pepper, coarse ground
2 Tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
1 12 oz can flat beer
2 Tablespoon(s) Salad oil
Directions:
Combine marinade ingredients and pour over steak. Cover and
refrigerate 12-24 hours. Grill 3-4 inches from hot coals, basting
frequently with marinade, for about 20 minutes (10 minutes each side)
or to desired doneness. Slice steak thinly on the diagnonal before
