Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cup(s) Whole-grain wheat flour
1/2 Cup(s) Oatmeal
1 Tablespoon(s) Active dry yeast
1 1/2 Cup(s) Water, warm
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Add the water. Mix. Allow to rise in
awarm place until nearly double in volume (15-60 minutes). Cook on
anon-stick griddle over medium heat. (Flatten the pancakes with the
backof a spoon, if necessary.) Turn once when bubbles appear.HELPFUL
HINTS: This recipe can easily be varied by changing the types offlour
and cereals used. Try adding mashed banana or applesauce to thebatter.
It adds an interesting flavor and the batter will rise faster.Recipe By
