Ingredients:
255 Gram(s) Beef, thinly sliced
1 Teaspoon(s) Thin soy sauce
1 Teaspoon(s) Cooking wine
2 Teaspoon(s) Cornstarch
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Minced garlic
1/4 Cup(s) Onion, cut into pieces
1/4 Cup(s) Red bell pepper, cut into
pieces
1/4 Cup(s) Green bell pepper, cut into
1/4 Cup(s) Straw mushrooms, cut into
3/4 Tablespoon(s) Oyster sauce
1 Teaspoon(s) Sweet soy sauce
1/4 Cup(s) Green onions, cut in 1"
1/4 Cup(s) Beef stock
2 Tablespoon(s) Oil
Directions:
Marinate beef with 1 teaspoon thin soy sauce, wine and 1 teaspoon of
cornstarch. Heat 2 T oil and stir-fry garlic until fragrent. Add beef
and stir-fry briefly. Add onion, red and green peppers and mushrooms,
then 3/4 T of thin soy sauce, oyster sauce and sweet soy sauce. Stir
to mix. Thicken with beefstock, remaining cornstarch and add green
