Ingredients:
570 Full Cream Milk
250 Sweet Sherry
Soft Brown Sugar
1 Lemon, sliced
1 Teaspoon(s) Ground ginger
1 Teaspoon(s) Grated nutmeg
Directions:
Cut the lemon into slices and coat with sugar. 2. Boil the milk and
when it froths up add the sherry. 3. Strain out the curd and add the
