Ingredients:
1 Pound(s) Chicken breast halves
Without skin, cut in 1"

2 Tablespoon(s) Olive oil
1 Cup(s) Onions, chopped
1 Cup(s) Celery, chopped
1 Teaspoon(s) White pepper
1 Teaspoon(s) Dried thyme
2 Bay leaves
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 Teaspoon(s) Black pepper
1 Teaspoon(s) Sage, rubbed
2 Teaspoon(s) Cayenne pepper
3 Cloves garlic, minced
1/2 Pound(s) Ham, chopped
1 Pound(s) Smoked sausage, chopped
2 1/2 Cup(s) Chicken stock
1 Cup(s) Tomatoes, chopped
1/2 Cup(s) Tomato sauce
1 1/2 Cup(s) Rice, uncooked
Directions:
Brown chicken in oil, add vegetables, garlic and spices. Simmer for 3
minutes, add chicken stock, ham, sausage, tomatoes and tomato sauce.
Cover and bring to a boil stirring occasionally. Cook for 3 more
minuntes, remove from heat and add converted rice. Cover and let
stand until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Recipe By :
