Ingredients:
3 Tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
3 Tablespoon(s) Lime juice
3 Tablespoon(s) Brown sugar
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Ground cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Ground nutmeg
1/8 Teaspoon(s) ground allspice
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
Ground black pepper, to
taste
2 Sweet potatoes, peeled cut
into 1/8
inch thick pieces
1 Bartlett Pear, unpeeled
cored cut
into 1/4 inch thick
pieces
1/4 Cup(s) Grated parmesan cheese
1/4 Cup(s) Dry bread crumbs
1 Tablespoon(s) Margarine
Paprika
Directions:
Combine the lemon and lime juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and
allspice; set aside. Combine the salt and pepper. Set aside. Spread
half the sweet potatoes in a shallow 2-quart casserole dish, sprinkle
with the salt ansd pepper. Spread all the pears in the pan, followed
by the rest of the sweet potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; pour
the juice mixture over. Combine the Parmesan and bread crumbs;
sprinkle over the top of the casserole. Dot with margarine and
sprinkle with Paprika. Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for 45
