Ingredients:
2 Tablespoon(s) Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
Pinch salt
Whipped cream
1/2 Cup(s) Milk
3/4 Cup(s) Flour
1 Teaspoon(s) Cream Of Tartar
Non-stick cooking spray
Raspberry jam
Directions:
Place sugar, milk and egg in a bowl and beat 3-4 mins. Sift flour
andother dry ingredients. Add to egg mixture and continue to beat
untilthe mixture slides off the back of spoon. Heat sandwich maker and
spraytop and base. Spoon about 2 Tbs of the mixture into each section
of thesandwich maker. Lower the lid and cook 2-3 mins. or until golden
brown.Serve hot or cold with raspberry jam and whipped cream. Doreen
