Ingredients:
1 Pound(s) Sausage
13 Ounce(s) Can Pet Evaporated milk
1 1/2 SLICES BREAD, CUBED
5 Eggs
2 Cup(s) Cheddar cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste.
Directions:
Prepare evening before.Cook sausage & drain thoroughly on paper
towels.Beat the eggs & evaporated milk slightly.Add sausage,cubed
bread & cheddar cheese.Pour into 9 x 9" casserole.Cover with
foil.Refrigerate overnight.Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until firm
in a preheated 350 degree oven. Onions,green peppers & mushrooms can
