Ingredients:
1/4 Pound(s) Bacon
1/2 Cup(s) Chopped onion
2 Cup(s) Raw rice
2 Cup(s) Red Tomatoes
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
1/8 Teaspoon(s) Tabasco
Directions:
Fry bacon until crips. Remove from pan & cook onions until tender in
bacon fat. Add rice, tomatoes, seasonings and bacon, crumbled. Cook
over low heat about 10 minutes. Pour into two-qt. casserole and cover
tightly (can use foil). Cook in 350-degree oven for one hour,
stirring with fork a couple of times. Serves 6-8 people. Recipe By
