Ingredients:
3 Pound(s) Rolled rump roast
Salt, pepper pinch of
Nutmeg
4 Tablespoon(s) Flour
1 Tablespoon(s) Oil
1 Clove garlic, crushed
4 Onions, sliced
2 Cup(s) Hot beef broth
2 Tablespoon(s) Tomato paste
1 Tablespoon(s) Sugar
1 Tablespoon(s) Vinegar
1 Teaspoon(s) Thyme
1 Bay leaf, broke
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Dust beef with seasoned
flour. Heat oil in heavy pan; brown meat, then remove. Brown onions
and garlic lightly in pan. Replace meat; add remaining ingredients.
Cover and bake at 350F until meat is tender, about 2 1/2 hours.
