Ingredients:
3 1/2 Cup(s) QUAKER Oats uncooked
quick or old fashioned
1/3 Cup(s) Honey
1/3 Cup(s) Margarine, melted
1/4 Cup(s) Firmly packed brown sugar
1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla
1 Cup(s) Chopped mixed dried fruit
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 F. In 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan, combine
allingredients except fruit; mix well. Spread evenly over pan. Bake 20
to25 minutes or until golden brown, stirring after 10 minutes.
Coolcompletely. Stir in fruit. Serve as a snack, cereal or topping
overyogurt. Store tightly covered up to 1 week.MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
In large microwaveable bowl, combine allingredients except fruit; mix
well. Microwave at HIGH 3 minutes; stir.Microwave an additional 3 to 4
minutes or until golden brown, stirringafter 2 minutes. Spread onto
foil; cool completely. Stir in fruit.Serve as a snack, cereal or
