Ingredients:
2 1/4 Cup(s) Wholewheat flour
2 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
1 Pinch(s) Salt
3 Tablespoon(s) Sugar
1/4 Cup(s) Oil
1/2 Cup(s) Raisins
1/2 Cup(s) Medium or soft tofu
1/2 Cup(s) Water
Directions:
Combine flour, baingp owder, salt & sugar in a bowl. Mix well. Stir
inthe oil & the raisins. Put the tofu & water in a food processor or
ablender & blend well, until smooth. Pour into the dry mixture &
stiruntil well combined. Turn out onto a floured board, roll out the
dough &cut into scones. Place on a lightly oiled baking sheet & bake at
425Ffor 15 minutes.
