Ingredients:
2 Pound(s) Ground beef
1/4 Cup(s) Chopped onion
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Garlic salt
1/2 Cup(s) Fine cracker crumbs
1 Egg
1/4 Cup(s) Milk
2 Tablespoon(s) Salad oil
1 Bottle, 18-oz smoky style
Barbecue sauce
1 Cup(s) Cold water
Directions:
Mix lightly all ingredients except oil, barbecue sauce & water. Shape
into meatballs about the size of walnuts and brown on all sides in hot
oil. Mix barbecue sauce & water, place meatballs into sauce & simmer
