Ingredients:
1 Loaf unsliced white bread
1 3-oz cream cheese
1/4 Pound(s) Sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 Cup(s) Butter
2 Egg whites, beated stiff
Directions:
Trim crust from bread & cut bread into 1-inch cubes. Melt cheese &
butter in top of double boiler. Remove from heat & fold in stiffly
beaten egg whites. Dip bread cubes into cheese mixture until well
coated & place on cookie sheet. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 10 minutes
