1 Cup(s) /stick butter [melted]
1 Cup(s) . light brown sugar
5 Cup(s) AM rolled Oats
Melt butter in electric pan or large pan over medium heat.
Dissolve brown sugar in butter for several minutes, while stirring.
Add oats and optional other toppings (like you'd find in Granola) and stir occasionally until lightly browned.
Remove from heat and allow to cool in pan.
Once cooled, put in covered container and store at room temperature overnight.
Enjoy with milk poured over it, for breakfast the next morning!
