1 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
3/4 Cup(s) Evaporated skim milk
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt, optional
1 Butter Buds®, not diluted
21 Ounce(s) Apple Pie Filling, *NOTE
2 Teaspoon(s) Sugar, mixed with
1 Teaspoon(s) Ground Cinnamon, OR 1 pkg

Low + 1 t cinnamon
Directions:
NOTE: your choice of filling, lemon is excellent also. Use regular
or"lite", if using lite add 1 pkg Sweet 'n Low + 1 ts almond
extractPour pie filling into a square casserole dish that has been
sprayed witha nonfat cooking spray. Mix together flour, sugar, baking
powder, saltand skim milk. Sprinkle Butter Buds on top of fruit. Pour
batter mixon top of the fruit. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixtur on top of
thebatter. Bake at 350 deg F 35 - 40 min or until golden brown. Serve
warmwith nonfat frozen yoururt or Dream Whip.I have eaten this 2 times
using apple filling and lemon filling. It wasexcellent. -
