below,not those on the package. Use no salt. You may want to add some
driedfruit during the cooking.Place water in saucepan. Add quick oats,
bring to a boil, and stir. Boilfor one minute, stirring occasionally.
Cover, remove from heat. Let resta few minutes. Stir again and serve at
