Ingredients:
1 4-serving size instant
Vanilla pudding
ingredients for pudding
1 Teaspoon(s) lemon zest
1 Tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Coconut or almond extract
1 8 oz. pineapple tidbits in
juice drained
1 Cup(s) Assorted sliced fresh fruit
1/4 Cup(s) Mini marshmallows or flaked
Coconut
Directions:
pudding according to package directions in bowl. Stir in lemon zest,
lemon juice and coconut extract. Reserve 1/4 cup pudding for topping.
Spoon remaining pudding equally into dessert bowls. Combine remaining
ingredients in bowl. Spoon on top of pudding. Top with reserved
