Ingredients:
10 Ounce(s) Canned diced tomatoes with
green chiles
1/2 Cup(s) Scallions, sliced
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 Teaspoon(s) Beef bouillon granules
1 Teaspoon(s) Italian herb seasoning
crushed
1 Cup(s) Tomato sauce
3/4 Pound(s) Lamb shoulder, cut into 3/4
inch cubes
1 Zucchini, halved lengthwise
And sliced
1 Pound(s) Canned Great Northern beans
drained
Directions:
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 15 min. Combine all ingredients, except zucchini
and beans, in a microwave casserole. Cover and microwave on high 3
minutes. Remove cover and stir. Continue to microwave another 4
minutes. Stir in zucchini and beans and microwave another 6-7 minutes,
