Ingredients:
1/3 Cup(s) Sugar
2 Teaspoon(s) Flour
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
3 Eggs
3 Cup(s) Milk
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Nutmeg
1 9" unbaked pie shell, 9" unbaked pie shell
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour, salt and eggs and mix until smooth. Heat milk to
boiling point. Add 1 cup hot milk to egg mixture. Pour that into the
remaining hot milk. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle nutmeg over
top. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45-60 minutes. Source: The Best Of
