1 Cup(s) Cooked AM Anasazi Beans
1/2 Onion
1 Celery stalk
1/4 Cup(s) Tofu, drained
1 Tablespoon(s) AM Unrefined Olive Oil
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Vege-sal
OR- similar seasoning
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Chili powder
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Basil
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Garlic powder
Directions:
Blend together in blender or food processor until smooth. Great for
