1 Pkge NOOdles, cooked
1 Jar apricot preserves
unsweetened
1/2 Pint(s) Fat free sour cream, small
container
1/2 Cup(s) Cottage cheese, lowfat
2 Tablespoon(s) Margarine, melted
1 Tablespoon(s) Vanilla
2 Eggs 0r egg whites
1/4 Cup(s) Sugar
Directions:
Combine all ingred. and put in buttered casserole. Sprinkle
withcinnamon if desired. Bake 375 about 45 min.NOTES : may substit 1
