2 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon(s) SODA
3/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/3 Cup(s) Shortening
2/3 Cup(s) Sugar
3 Eggs
1 Cup(s) BANANAS, ABOUT 2 OR 3 MEDIUM
Directions:
COMBINE FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA AND SALT AND SET ASIDE. IN
LARGE MIXING BOWL ADD SHORTENING, SUGAR AND BANANAS; MIX WELL. ADD
FLOUR MIXTURE 1/2 CUP AT A TIME UNTIL WELL BLENDED. BEAT EGGS IN A
SEPARATE BOWL; THEN FOLD INTO THE MIXTURE. BAKE IN 350 DEGREE OVEN
FOR 50 MINUTES IN 8X4X2-1/2 GREASED PAN. MAKES 1 LOAF. Posted to
