Ingredients:
1/2 15 oz. refrigerated
piecrusts
1 Tablespoon(s) FLAKED COCONUT, TOASTED
4 Cup(s) Vanilla ice cream, softened
1 6 oz. orange juice
concentrate thawed
1 8 1/4 oz. crushed
pineapple undrained
Directions:
Fit pie crust into a 9 inch pie plate according to package
directions;fold edges under, and crimp. Prick bottom and sides with a
fork. Presscoconut into piecrust.Bake at 425 for 9 to 11 minutes or
until golden brown; cool.Combine ice cream, juice concentrate and
pineapple. Cover and freeze 1hour. Spoon into prepared piecrust. Cover
and freeze 8 hours orovernight. Makes 1 9 inch pie.Recipe by:
