1/4 Cup(s) All purpose flour
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Baking soda
1 Tablespoon(s) Melted butter
Half and half, as needed
3/4 Cup(s) Sugar
3/4 Cup(s) Water
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Rose essence
Oil/crisco to deep fry
Directions:

the milk powder, flour and baking soda. Add the butter and enoughhalf
and half while mixing with your fingers so that you are able toform the
mixture into 1/2 inch diameter balls. Deepfry these balls onmedium
heat and add to sugar syrup.Sugar syrup: Heat the water and dissolve
the sugar in it. Remove fromheat and add the Rose essence. Add the
jamuns while still warm and keeppot covered for ten
