Ingredients:
2 Cup(s) Chicken broth
4 Teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
1 Teaspoon(s) Anise seeds
1 Teaspoon(s) Chinese 5 spice powder
1 Cup(s) Uncooked Rice
1/2 Pound(s) Chicken tenders
1/2 Tablespoon(s) Sesame oil
Directions:
Cut chicken into 1-inch chunks, and fry in sesame oil over high heat,
until no longer transparent. Add chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce,
anise, Chinese 5 spice, and rice. Bring to a boil, and then lower
heat. Cook over medium heat until liquid is all absorbed. Makes 2
