Ingredients:
1 1/2 Pound(s) Lean ground beef
1/2 Cup(s) Fine bread crumbs
2 Eggs, beaten
1/4 Cup(s) Milk
2 Tablespoon(s) Grated parmesan cheese
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/8 Teaspoon(s) Garlic salt
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
2 Carrots, peeled and cut
up
6 Ounce(s) Tomato paste
1 Cup(s) Water
1 Cup(s) Beef bouillon
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Oregano
1 Teaspoon(s) Seasoned salt
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Basil
10 Ounce(s) Frozen Italian-style
Vegetables, partially
thawed
Directions:
Combine beef with bread crumbs, eggs, milk, cheese, salt, garlic
salt,and pepper. Form into 2-inch balls. Drop carrots in bottom
ofslow-cooking pot. Arrange meat balls over carrots. Combine
tomatopaste with water, boullion, oregano, seasoned salt, and basil.
Pourover meat. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Turn to high.
AddItalian vegetables. Cover and cook on high for 15 to 20 minutes or
