Ingredients:
1/2 Cup(s) Shredded low-fat cheddar
cheese
1 Pickled jalapeno pepper
chopped
1 Tomato, chopped
14 Melba rounds or toasts
Directions:
In small bowl, combine cheese, jalapeno pepper and tomato. Spoon
1tablespoon mixture onto each melba round. Place 4 to 6 nachos on
microwaveable dish. Microwave on High untilheated through, about 45
seconds. Repeat with remaining nachos. (To bakein conventional oven,
preheat oven to 400°F. Bake prepared nachos on acookie sheet until
heated through, about 5 minutes.)Makes 14 servings. Preparation time:
About 7 minutes. Microwave time:About 45 seconds. Conventional oven
